Add your service flow, service resources, and contacts to your plan to help volunteers be prepared. PCO allows leaders to communicate goals and visions and then execute them with clarity.

Running Rehearsals: 

• Good rehearsals are necessary to execute successful services. While it may take some time to establish a rehearsal schedule and procedure, once it’s set up, it can be duplicated to meet future needs. 
• It's not about style. Ultimately, it's about the discipleship of your team members and the direction of leadership that will help to develop a healthy and effective Worship Ministry.
• Preparing your team: 
• Set clear expectations and accountability (dress, time, lifestyle etc.) 
• Practice is fundamentally important (team members should come prepared)
• Offer some team building time during rehearsal
• Do a dry-run of the entire service (start to finish) with full tech and band
• Clearly identify the goal for the service(s)
